About the Role

We are seeking a talented freelance graphic designer with a strong sense of fashion and experience designing merchandise to join our team on a project basis. You will collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various industries, including (but not limited to) branding, social media graphics, digital ads, and web design.


Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and impactful designs for digital marketing campaigns including social media graphics, banners, ads, email newsletters, and website assets.
  • Design merchandise including (but not limited to) T-shirts, caps, and mugs.
  • Develop unique and trendy designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with our creative team and clients to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate our clients’ messaging and enhance their brand identities.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities and offerings.
 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, particularly in merchandise.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is a plus.
